Price includes debossed or screen printed imprint, color matched plastic and individual polybag.

Multi-Colored Material: Add five cents each for each color.

Glow In the Dark Material: Add five cents each.

A 2 1/2 " by 2 1/2 " information card can be printed and enclosed in polybag for only ten cents each.

Delivery: About three weeks from receipt of order and art.
